This policy explains how Content Alive Marketing (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit contentalive.com or contact us, and the choices you have. We’re a digital marketing business based in Columbia, TN, USA.

Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name (optional), the service you’re interested in and your message. We use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to provide our services.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting and security. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Your cookie choice. We store your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on every page.
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived and general device and location information (city level). We use this to improve the site.
- Advertising measurement (only with your consent). If you accept marketing cookies, we may use advertising tags such as Google Ads or the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform, for example whether an ad led to a contact form enquiry, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.

Who we share information with

- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and Meta, only if you consent to the related cookies
Allowing marketing cookies may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time with or a GPC signal. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form enquiries and related emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings. Cookie lifetimes are listed above.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- correct inaccurate information
- ask us to delete your information
- opt out of targeted advertising, “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and certain profiling
- not be treated differently for exercising these rights
To make a request, use our contact form and choose “Privacy request” under “Interested in”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we’ll respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response.
Children
Our website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and reputable service providers, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
